We had a lot of fun up at KEXP and after two days of volunteering during the John in the Morning Show we all had sore abs from laughing so much. Sure we took a lot of pledges, heckled Ballard and West Seattle, and enjoyed a few Top Pot doughnuts, but the most important thing was the new friends we made. LF crew Shane Bonifay, Shawn Watson, Aaron Reed, Ben Greenwood, Melissa Marquardt among many other pros will all be spending the weekend on beautiful Lake Powell on the Utah and Arizona border. 2006 Burton Abominable Snow Jam, July 8-10, Timberline, Oregon. If you're from Seattle and surround lands get yourself down to Mt. Hood for a little taste of winter in the summer. Mt. Hood in the summer is like nothing else. There's nothing like getting up early in the A.M. to ride a few hours in the park with warm sun rays beaming down upon you. It's enough to tide a person over until the snows hit in November at local mountains.
